Summer Wind's menu includes the finest cuisines from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami's best restaurants including Blue Moon Fish Co. located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale. We can provide entertainment, from Summer Wind's premium sound system to karaoke and live DJs, making your event even more memorable. We are happy to accommodate your unique requests

 
Top Deck - an ideal place to congregate for a little dance music, a bite of something exquisite, or a chat in the Florida sun.
Forward Deck Seating Area and Lower Cockpit - relax and watch the fabulous houses go by from this forward vantage point. Perfect for mini-meetings or just letting your mind roam the seaway.
The Aft Deck - Sip a cocktail, dabble in the extraordinary hors d'oeuvres, and converse in the protected grandeur of this aft area.
The Main Salon -Enjoy the perfect repast in finely appointed surroundings. Private dining for you and a guest or twenty. Staterooms - Three luxuriously appointed rooms including a Master Stateroom ideal for a change of clothing,, or a change of atmosphere.      Baby Spinach Salad with Spicy Pecan GoatCheese Fritters
     Caramelized onions and Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

Main Plates:
     Shallot Roasted Whole Filet Mignon carved with Imported Gorgonzola and Tawny Port DemiGlaze
     Blackened Key West Dolphin Cilantro Salsa, Couscous and citrus Aiolo

Accompaniments:
     Goat Cheese and Thyme Mashed Potatoes
     Steamed Pencil Asparagus

     Macadamia Nut Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, Zucchini Noodles and Roasted Red Pepper Butter
     Chargrilled Breast of Chicken Barley, Roasted Peppers, Wild Mushrooms and Marsala Glaze
